As you know, California Governor Newsom has implemented a Stay at Home order, effective 03/19/2020, in order to help protect our community against the COVID-19 virus.
To ensure the safety and welfare of our clients and our staff, BMW Motorcycles of Riverside has made changes to our operations.
The Service and Parts departments remain open to service Authority motorcycles as well as civilian customer motorcycles for those people who are in “essential jobs”. Parts may be ordered online, by phone or email and can be picked up in person or shipped to your home.
Our Sales department can get you on the Ultimate Social Distancing Machine without even stepping into the showroom. They are available to answer all questions via the website, phone, text, or email. We can accommodate online credit applications and most of the sales process remotely and arrange for final completion of paperwork upon delivery of your bike.
To maintain a safe distance and allow us to sanitize surfaces after each interaction, we ask that all showroom visitors contact us first for an appointment.
In short, we are doing everything we can to make sure we meet the needs of our customers and the community in the safest ways possible.
We’ve always been known as the most helpful and friendly dealership and intend to remain that way even if we cannot greet our friends with our usual friendly handshake.
