This scooter has a one-speed transmission. The CE 04 has telescopic forks and a single-sided swing arm rear suspension. This scooter can launch from zero to 30 miles per hour in 2.6 seconds, has a traveling range of up to 80 miles, and can be charged from 0% to 80% in 65 minutes using the optional quick charge equipment.
